We are constantly extending our international distribution network, and are looking for partners and/or organizations all over the world, committed to co-operate with us in the field of selling and maintaining our products. We seek to work with partners, which are involved with hospitality industry and which also have a general technical knowledge concerning hospitality related appliances.

The minimum requirements are met, if you are able to interpret honestly our products as described in this manual or in Internet at ‘http://bonator.com’, and it’s for you possible to infer from the gained information the real demand of an hospitality company for our products. Moreover it would be also an advantage, if you are informed about the technical state of our competitors, particularly since knowledge on that matter can be acquired very easily by Internet.

We offer excellent conditions for our distributors, what includes optimal assistance and training in every stage of a business.

Graduated remuneration:

Our products are calculated to fulfil adequate remuneration of all persons involved in a business, and we provide following commissions, provided the appropriate service concerning promotion, sales, after-sales support and maintenance of our products are executed:

Rights and duties:

The simplest way to take part in EGH-Mechatronic's sales network is the non-binding sales-tip 1a (2% tip commission). For this purpose, it's only necessary to announce in written form the interest of a customer in a autoControl system inclusive an explanation of your perceptions in the matter, as well the name, address, and contacts of the prospective buyer.

If it’s for you also possible to draft a demand analysis concerning the Bonator products, or to initiate any contacts which results in a sales talk with the customer, you can expect to get a commission of 3%, that’s 1a and 1b of above table, provided your tip turns into a business. We also grant you customer protection for the period of 3 months starting with the date we receive such an information.

The commissions have to be considered as gross, and the appropriate VAT of the installation country has to be taken into consideration. We accept sales-tips only without obligation to treat them or to fulfil the incoming order, and any claims for indemnification due to escaped remuneration are excluded. The claim to commissions arises only after a business was duly settled, and the client executed payment of the agreed purchase price.
