Aside from cold beverages the Bonator autoControl
system has also the capability to control compounded espresso machines including tea
water, by portioning and assigning the taking to the proper waiter-, table-, and guest
account. There is no difference if the taking occurred in the self service or in the
credit mode, where it is necessary to enter the taking in advance into a Bonator terminal.
In this way it is
guaranteed that the proceeds of every beverage sale flow reliably in your cash box, as
well settlement with employees is possible at any time with a single keystroke.
Basically it is possible
to integrate every traditional espresso-, and tea machine into the Bonator autoControl
system. However for machines without an electronic portioning system it is necessary to
install additionally a flowmeter with a solenoid valve inline of the main water supply.
Such machines are either controlled by the electronic of the external fuzzyLogic
beverage dispenser, or by the electronic box of our FlowControl
kit.
Coffee machines which
have already an own portioning system incorporated, provide usually also a common
interface, which enables an easy data communication with the Bonator autoControl system.
In order to clarify the technical circumstances of your machine you should request the
corresponding wiring diagrams and/or data protocols from the supplier of your machine.
